OCD Therapy and ERP
OCD can show up through intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, checking, reassurance seeking, avoidance, or mental rituals that take up time and energy. I work with teens, emerging adults, young adults, and adults seeking support for OCD and related anxiety concerns. Individual, couples, and family therapy are available; children may be seen virtually when appropriate with caregiver involvement.
A collaborative approach to OCD
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailoring care to your needs and goals. ERP is a form of CBT commonly used in OCD treatment. The International OCD Foundation explains ERP in more detail.
Getting started
I am accepting new clients for telehealth in California and New York. You must be physically located in California or New York during sessions. Individual sessions are 50 minutes and currently range from $250–$350; sliding scale may be available when appropriate. I do not accept or bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement; eligibility depends on your plan and reimbursement is not guaranteed. A free 15-minute consultation call is available.
