Anxiety Therapy for Teens, Young Adults, and Adults

Anxiety can show up as persistent worry, panic, avoidance, perfectionism, social fears, uncertainty, or feeling constantly on edge. It can affect school, early-career decisions, work, relationships, sleep, and daily routines. I work with teens, emerging adults, young adults, and adults, including people in their 20s and 30s, who are looking for support with anxiety and mood concerns.

Therapy shaped around your goals

My style is warm, collaborative, and active. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and ERP when appropriate. Individual, couples, and family therapy are available. For children, virtual care may be appropriate with caregiver involvement.

Telehealth and practical details

I am accepting new clients for telehealth when you are physically located in California or New York. Individual sessions are 50 minutes and currently range from $250–$350; sliding scale may be available when appropriate. I do not accept or bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement; eligibility depends on your plan and reimbursement is not guaranteed. A free 15-minute consultation call is available.
